【摘要】 目的慢性浅表性胃炎是消化系统的一种常见病、多发病,属于中医的“胃痛”“胃痞”范畴,中医在对其认识及治疗上有着悠久的历史,历代医家通过不断的实践与创新,积累了丰富的理论和临床经验,丰富了祖国医学的内涵,也不断提高对该病的治疗水平、治疗效果。邱健行教授是国家级名中医,擅治脾胃病,在继承前人的基础上,结合自己数十年的临床经验,对慢性浅表性胃炎的病因病机、治疗用药提出了独特的观点,用于临床实践,收到了良好的效果。本研究通过总结分析邱健行教授处方用药规律来研究其治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床经验及学术思想,以期能运用于临床并提高中医治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法通过门诊跟诊,收集邱健行教授治疗慢性浅表性胃炎病例120例,运用统计软件SPSS17.0对所用药物进行频数分析、聚类分析、因子分析,并对药物性味归经进行总结,得出邱健行教授治疗慢性浅表性胃炎处方用药特点,并总结其治疗该病的临床经验及学术思想。结果1、总结邱健行教授治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的常用药：柴胡、赤芍、枳实、枳壳、甘草、元胡、厚朴、救必应、瓦楞子、海螵蛸、浙贝、夏枯草、蒲公英、赭石、法夏、丹参、田七、太子参、党参、白术、茯苓、.败酱草、蛇舌草、虎杖、栀子、火炭母。它们可作为治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的基本方随证加减应用。2、邱健行教授诊治慢性浅表性胃炎的学术思想：“胃热主病”学说及“肝胃相关的胃病发病模式”学说。3、邱健行教授治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的思路：注重“清胃法”及“调肝法”的运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Background and purposeChronic superficial gastritis is a common disease of digestive system. In the traditional Chinese medical science, it is called "Dyspepsodynia" or "stomach fullness". The Chinese medicine has a long history of recognizing it and a lot of experiences of treating it. For hundreds of years, doctors have gained abundance of theories and experiences through continuously practice and innovation, enriching the meaning of traditional Chinese medicine, also improving the level and effect of the treatment of Chronic superficial gastritis. Professor Qiu Jianxing is a very famous Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor in GuangDong province who is good at treating spleen and stomach disease. Based on the foundation of predecessor, and his own clinical experience, Professor Qiu holds his unique understanding of the cause, the pathogenes is of disease, and the treatment. Through a long history of clinic practice, Professor Qiu has gradually formed his own academic thought. The fol lowing research is a conclusion of his academic thought.MethodsThrough the way of collecting around 120 cases of Chronic superficial gastr it is, and processing the frequencies analysis, cluster analysis and factor analysis of the drugs used by the statistical software SPSS17.0, and concluding the efficacy on nature, flavor, meridian tropism of the drug, we carry out the feature of pharmacy of Professor Qiu, and the academic thought of treating the Chronic superficial gastritis. Conclusion1、The academic thought of Professor Qiu’s treatment of Chronic superficial gastritis: "Lord of stomach disease" theory, "the treatment of liver and stomach-related stomach thinking."2、The idea of Professor Qiu’s treating the Chronic superficial gastritis: Emphasize on the "Qingwei Law" and "recuperate liver" use.3, Conclusion of Professor Qiu’s common-used drugs when treating the Chronic superficial gastritis:Bupleurum, red peony root, immature bitter orange, Citrus aurantium, licorice, Yuan Hu, Magnolia, will be saved, corrugated son, cuttlebone, Zhejiang shellfish, Prunella vulgaris, dandelion, ocher, French summer, Salvia, pseudo-ginseng, turmeric, heterophylla, Codonopsis, Atractylodes, Poria, Patrinia, snake tongue grass, giant knotweed, gardenia, Polygonum, Pteris grass. All these drugs can be used as the basic prescription and used according to the specific disease.更多还原
