我国高校开设啦啦队课程的可行性研究

【摘要】 随着啦啦队运动国际组织的建立,啦啦队比赛在世界范围内越来越多;随着2008北京奥运会啦啦队展示表演以及2010年广州亚运啦啦选拔赛的举行,我国迎来了啦啦队运动发展的春天。现代健身活动的日趋普及,高校对终身体育的广泛重视以及多元化文化的渗透影响,啦啦队作为高校体育课的新内容出现,迎合了现代大学生生理、心理的需求。将啦啦队运动引入高校课堂,不仅能有效的促进啦啦队运动的发展,还对高校体育健康发展,培养大学生个性以及丰富校园文化生活有着积极的作用。那么目前我国高校是否具备开设啦啦队课程的条件呢?开设此门课程又会涉及到哪些课程因素呢?这些都成为亟待解决的问题。本文主要采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对我国高校开设啦啦队课程的意义、必要性和可行性进行分析;通过对我国高校开设啦啦队课程现状进行调查分析,结果发现:1.1在所调查的30个高校中,已有13个高校开设啦啦队课程,虽然开展情况不是很好,但是啦啦队课程深受学生们的喜爱,学生学习的积极性很高。但教师和学生对啦啦队运动不够了解,没有统一的教材,师资水平尚且薄弱等现状影响了啦啦队课程的进一步发展。1.2在我国高校开设啦啦队课程是可行的。社会大环境提供了高校啦啦队运动发展的契机,专家和体育部门、行政部门对高校开设啦啦队课程持肯定态度,学生对啦啦队运动有着强烈的学习愿望,高校能提供一定的啦啦队训练所需要的场地器材设施。1.3鉴于技巧啦啦队训练所需的场地和器材要求,高级别技巧啦啦队课程较适合在专门的体育院系开设,基础技巧啦啦队及舞蹈啦啦队课程可以在普通高校开设。1.4啦啦队课程的初步构建成果是:建议将啦啦队课程安排在大学二年级,授课时数为36学时,每周2学时;啦啦队课程的主要目标是增强素质,塑身美体,提高学习和创新能力,培养集体主义和坚强的意志品质;啦啦队运动的教学可运用讲解示范法,采用多种模式相结合的形式;考试内容可安排成套到动作的创编和展示,考试评价要采用过程评价和结果评价相结合的形式。建议应加强师资力量的培训,编著适合高校啦啦队教学的教材。

【Abstract】 As cheerleaders exercise international organizations establish, worldwide internatianal competition is increasing; The 2008 Beijing Olympic Games cheerleaders display shows and the 2010 guangzhou Asian games held la-la-la trials, prompting the our country welcomed the spring sports cheerleader. The growing popularity of modern fitness activities, college of the lifelong sports attention and infiltration of diversified culture influence, cheerleading as university P.E. new content of modern college students appear, catering to the physiological and psychological needs. Will cheerleaders exercise into academic classroom, not only can effectively promote the development of the movement also cheerleader the healthy development of college sports training university students’ personality and rich campus cultural life has a positive effect. So in in P.E. effectively develop cheerleaders exercise has become a problem to be solved.This paper mainly adopts literature data method, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, etc. Through to our country college offers cheerleaders course significance, necessity and feasibility analysis; To our country college offers cheerleaders course survey analysis, the results showed that:1.1 In the investigation of the 30 colleges and universities, colleges and universities have 13 cheerleader, although in course is not very good, but cheerleaders course lead students love, the enthusiasm of student’s study is very high. The teachers and students because of the existence of cheerleaders exercise don’t know enough about, no unified teaching material, the teachers level have weak and so on, the impact of the cheerleaders course further development.1.2 Cheerleaders course is feasiblein in our college offers. Social environment provides college cheerleading team sport development opportunity, experts and sports departments, administrative departments of colleges and universities is to support, cheerleading course for students with strong learning cheerleading sports curriculum, cheerleaders of desire is relatively plenty of teachers colleges and universities can provide certain cheerleaders training needed location equipment facilities, thus in the our country college offers cheerleaders course is feasible.1.3 In view of skills needed for the ground and cheerleading training requirements, skills cheerleaders course equipment fits in a special physical education curriculum can open, dance in ordinary colleges cheerleader open1.4 cheerleaders curriculum result is:Suggestions will cheerleading course arrangement, the second-year university teaching hours a week for 36 hours,2 hours. Cheerleaders course’s main goal is to enhance quality, model body body, promote learning and innovation ability, training collectivism and strong will quality; Cheerleaders exercise can be applied to explain the teaching demonstration method, using a variety of modes of combining form; Complete test content can be arranged to action choreographing and display, the evaluation should use peacetime attitude and the combination of the final exam, undertake to the student comprehensive evaluation. Recommendations should open cheerleaders course, as soon as possible for campus culture add beautiful scenery, strengthen and improve the training of teachers, the overall quality of the contingent of teachers, teaching college cheerleading as soon as possible for the unified materials.
