永康电信IP城域网改造和扩容工程的设计和实施

【摘要】 2006年9月,浙江电信宽带业务蓬勃发展,已发展了约227万宽带用户。IPTV组播业务开放以及网上各种付费业务也应运而生,浙江电信的互联星空也开通了网上预付费服务。而浙江电信宽带网络建设从2001年开始,所开通用户的用户名一般是“jhkd+电话号码”(jhkd是金华宽带的第一个拼音缩写),密码一般是“电话号码”,很容易被不怀好意的人所猜出。在与公安配合查找网上犯罪人员的IP地址时,我们很容易根据IP地址查出他们的上网账号,但由于账号与用户实际地址不能精确绑定,在用户账号被盗用时,我们很难根据账号查出用户实际地址。为防止宽带账号盗用,促进增值业务发展,使得IP城域网应当由目前的单一宽带互联网业务承载网向综合业务承载网要求演进。由浙大快威工程师以及金华电信各地市分公司的数据主管组成的金华IP城域网优化小组为金华电信工P城域网改造扩容项目做出了总体技术方案。我作为永康电信的数据主管有幸参与了这个项目的设计,主要负责永康电信IP城域网改造扩容部分的内容,并全程实施了永康电信IP城域网改造扩容的具体工作。这次网络改造的原则是:网络层次清晰化、网络结构扁平化、网络质量差异化、管理控制集中化、设备要求规范化。2006年优化改造项目工程主要内容:根据业务发展对路由器链路和端口进行扩容;根据实际情况在有需求的县市新增(或与SR合用)汇接层路由器,解决重要业务量大的县市单出口的安全隐患;根据用户、带宽增长情况对BRAS进行扩容,并通过降低负荷以及双机备份的方式解决现有SHASTA故障率高的隐患;升级6509一代引擎,解决6509故障点;满足低渗透率(3%)IPTV业务发展需求,通过调整网络结构初步实现IPTV的带宽保证;新增(或升级现有设备)SR,以满足业务发展以及与CN2对接的需求;SR与直挂后的BRAS共同构成城域网内的业务控制层。改造二层网络,在全市范围内基本实现每个用户一个VLAN,根据实际业务发展需求,在有需要的地方实现每个业务一个VLAN;通过调整网络结构及设备利旧调整初步实现专线、AG、IAD等业务带宽质量保证;初步部署QOS通过这次网络改造和扩容,我深化学习了MPLS VPN、城域网组播、软交换技术以及QinQ技术,基本熟悉了金华电信IP城域网的网络拓扑和链路带宽,熟悉了永康电信新增设备的功能和基本维护,也熟悉了以后开通各种业务的流程和命令,为以后更好地维护永康电信IP城域网打下很深的基础。

【Abstract】 ZheJiang Telecom Broad Band business developed rapidly, up to september,2006, the Broad Band consumer have been increased to 2270000. The IPTV broadcast opened and various kinds of internet payment emerged, The HuLianXingKong of ZheJiang telecom begin the service of prepaid on internet. But the construction of ZheJiang telecom broad band network started from year 2001, the user name for all the consumers are commonly named as "jhkd+telephone number" (jhkd are short for the first letter of the JinHuaKuanDai spelling), the password is commonly the "telephone number" very easy to be known by those cankered guys. When work together with the policeman to lookup the criminal’s IP address, it is very easy for us to verify their accounts according to the IP address, but due to the accounts and the user actual address can not be binded precisely, it is very hard for us to verify the user actual address according to the accounts when the user’s accounts stolen.In order to prevent the broad band stolen, promote the value-added business develop, facilitate the IP city domain net ameliorate from present single internet to comprehensive.The JinHua IP City Domain Net Group which is formed by the Engineer KuaiWei who is from ZheJiang University and the data director from all the sub-branch of JinHua Telecom put forward the general technic programs for the JinHua telecom IP City Domain Net improvement project. Being the data director of YongKang telecom, I am so lucky to attend the design of this project, I am mainly in charge of YongKang telecom IP City Domain Net improvement contents, and implement the task of YongKang telecom IP City Domain Net improvements.The principle of this network improvement are: network level clearly、network structure flatly、network quality diversity、management dominate centralize、equipment demand standardization.The main contents of the year 2006 improvement project:Enlarge the capacity of the router link and port according to the business development; increase(or share with SR) the collection router in some city based en the reality demands,solve the single outlet safty trouble of those cities which are with big demand.Enlarge the BRAS capacity according to the consumer, bandwidth increasement, solve the high frequence SHASTA trouble through reduce the load and double backup; Upgrade the 6509 engine, solve the 6509 trouble point; Satisfy the requirement for the low infiltration ratio(3%)IPTV, assure the IPTV bandwidth via adjust the network structure.Increase(or upgrade the present equipment) SR to satisfy the business development and the requirement for the connection to CN2; SR and the BRAS formed the City Domain Net business control layerRebuild the second layer network, try to carry out per user per VLAN in the whole city, according to the reality, implement per serve per VLAN in necessary place;Make sure to guarantee the single line,AG,IAD bandwidth quality through adjust the network structure and improve the old equipment.Through this network improvement and capacity enlarge, I deeply learn the MPLS VPV、City domain net broadcast、flexible exchange and QinQ Technic, familiar with the development and the link bandwidth of JinHua telecom IP City Domain Net, familiar with the new function and the basic maintaince of the YongKang telecom new equipment, also familiar with the procedure and order to the future various business, all of these will build the strong fundation to better maintain the YongKang telecom IP city domain net in future.
