【摘要】 论文介绍采用C/S模式开发“卫生系统科研项目网上申报管理系统”的主要设计思想、系统体系结构设计、以及系统的实现和测试。对实现客户端的Delphi2006平台、实现中间件服务器的的Java平台、实现数据库服务器的Oracle9i数据库、实现即时信息通知功能的GSM、SMS技术进行了比较详尽的介绍,对黑白盒测试技术做了介绍。系统建立的初衷是为医学院校和医疗卫生部门提供一个高效、规范、安全、易于管理、对项目状态和要进行的工作能及时了解的自动化办公环境,弥补现有申报系统的信息回馈不及时不足和改善网络数据安全没有保障的弊端,最大程度提高办公效率,使科研项目的申报过程得到极大的简化。系统分为系统管理模块和申报管理模块。用户接到注册信息通过审核的短信通知后,就可以凭用户名和密码下载客户端进行项目申报,项目通过审批后,系统会短信通知项目申报人。高校管理员属于本单位的用户,对本单位注册用户和项目负责,系统管理员对整个系统进行管理,负责对各种信息进行编辑、查询,管理用户角色,对项目进行审批、对数据库进行维护,负责数据库的备份和恢复等工作。专家主要负责项目的审核评定工作。网上系统的安全一直是人们关注的焦点,论文对如何保证系统和数据的安全做了研究,并根据一些可能出现的危险给出了具体的解决方案,保证系统能够在网络上安全运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis introduces the use of C/S pattern of development, of which the "Health systems research project management system for online filing" is the main design, System Architecture, System implementation and testing. To achieve the client’s Delphi2006 platform, to the Implementation of the Java platform middleware server, to achieve the database server of Oracle9i database and the Instant messages notification of GSM, SMS Technology of these, conducted a more detailed description and introduced the black-white box technology.The proposes of design this special system contain some aspects like these, Medical schools and health departments to provide an efficient, standardized, safe, easy to manage, on project status and work to be performed timely understanding of the automated office environment, filling the existing information reporting systems inadequate and not timely feedback to improve network data security is no security defects, Improve office efficiency as much as possible, and then Simplify the reporting process of scientific research.The System is divided into system management module and reporting management module. When User registration information received notification via SMS audit, they can download the client for project application by user name and password, after the approval of the project the system will inform the project applicant SMS. If the University administrators are parts of the unit, registered users of the units and responsible for the project, system administrator to manage the entire system, responsible for all kinds of information to edit, query, manage user roles, approval of the project and the database maintenance, responsible for database backup and recovery, etc. The project evaluation work is charged by the special experts.All times peoples focus more attentions on Internet Security Systems.
