基于XTend 射频模块的数传电台的研究

【摘要】 温度湿度是系统控制中的重要参数,随着工农业生产的发展,稳定地采集其参数对控制系统有重要作用,因此对温湿度环境的要求越来越高。使得温湿度的测量装置与控制应用更加广泛。现在许多产业对温湿度环境有较高要求:在生物化学制药、粮食储藏和温室环境等领域都需要控制环境的温湿度。因此,温湿度的检测已成为工业生产过程中重要的技术要求。本文设计的基于XTend无线射频模块的温湿度数据传输电台可以实时连续的对温湿度数据采集。该装置能够实现对传感器周围的温度和湿度参数进行测量和采集,从而监测周围环境温湿度参数的变化。系统主要由温湿度传感器部分、单片机部分、液晶显示部分、无线传输部分及串口传输部分组成。传统的对温湿度信号的采集方法是使用模拟传感器,在模拟传感器采集信号后接后级信号调理电路,其中包括放大和硬件滤波,让信号达到到合理的范围,再进行A/D转换,最后送入单片机进行数字处理。这种方法系统硬件的复杂度加大了,同时也易受外界干扰,因此采集的信号也不稳定。经过综合考虑,本系统采用了先进的DHT11数字温湿度传感器,以ATmega16单片机作为主控芯片。采用XTend无线射频模块实现数据的远程传输。通过RS232串口将数据传送到计算机,对得到的数据的进行数据曲线分析、历史查询等功能。本文设计的基于XTend无线射频模块的温湿度数据传输电台,经过实际实验验证,采集的温度和湿度测量数据较准确,实时无线传输,装置工作稳定。通过XTend无线射频模块无线传输温湿度数据,克服了传统有线方式传输的局限性,为远程监测环境的温度和湿度提供了有效的手段。
【Abstract】 Temperature and humidity are important parameters in system control, along with the development of industrial and agricultural production and stable acquisition of its parameters on the control system plays an important role, therefore, temperature and humidity environments have become increasingly demanding. Making the measurement of temperature and humidity control device and more widely. Many industries now have a higher temperature and humidity requirements:in biochemistry pharmaceutical, food storage areas and greenhouse environment, the need to control temperature and humidity environment. Therefore, the temperature and humidity testing has become an important industrial process technology requirements.This design XTend RF module based on the temperature and humidity acquisition device for continuous real-time temperature and humidity data acquisition. System consists of temperature and humidity sensor part of the microcontroller section, liquid crystal display part of the wireless transmission part and serial transmission parts. The traditional signal acquisition of temperature and humidity is to use analog sensors, the analog signal is then collected after the sensor signal conditioning circuit class, including amplification and hardware filtering, so that the signal to reach to a reasonable range, then the A / D conversion, the final into the microcontroller for digital processing. After comprehensive consideration, the system uses advanced digital temperature and humidity sensors DHT11 to ATmega16 as the master chip. Achieving remote data transmission by XTend radio frequency module Through the RS232 serial port to transfer data to the computer, the data on the data obtained curve analysis, historical query.This design XTend RF module based on the temperature and humidity acquisition device, after the actual experiment, collecting temperature and humidity measurements more accurate, real-time wireless transmission, the device is stable. XTend radio frequency module by wireless transmission temperature and humidity data transmitted to overcome the limitations of traditional wired for remote monitoring of temperature and humidity environment provides an effective means.
