基于自组织的虚拟企业系统协调机制及稳定性研究

【摘要】 虚拟企业已成为市场激烈竞争的有效战略方法,虚拟企业的基本精神在于突破企业有形界限,延伸企业功能界面,目的是实现技能和资源的共享、成本的分摊和利益的分享,来积极地回应产品或服务的市场机遇,以实现更高的经营目标。本论文结合自组织理论,通过分析开放环境下虚拟企业系统的构建过程,提出了基于自组织的虚拟企业系统的细胞式结构模型,并基于UML分析了虚拟企业构建的业务模型,分析了虚拟企业系统的生命周期,即形成、组建、运作、解体四个阶段的演变协调机制,确定了系统协调机制的评价指标体系及各项指标的内涵,通过分析虚拟企业外界耗散因子与合作伙伴之间的关系紧密度之间的关系,结合系统论的动力学方程给出了虚拟企业系统的评价步骤和测度模型—模糊多层次综合评判模型并进行了仿真测试;通过参数规则的形式来指导与协调,找寻自身稳定态,在开放市场下保持系统的稳定运作,达到虚拟企业系统自身的优化。自组织下虚拟企业系统具有复杂巨系统的特性,在组织结构上、管理上都不同于传统的企业,具有开放性、复杂性、层次性、突现性特点,以及系统的自循环过程和与外界环境间的交叉循环过程,在此基础上,对自组织下虚拟企业系统的复杂性和稳定性进行了讨论,提出了基于自组织的虚拟企业系统稳定性的管理、预警及评价机理,并结合某电子集团公司进行了综合评价及改进建议。本论文采用定性分析和定量评价、理论分析和实证研究相结合的方法,采用多学科交叉知识,结合当前企业实际情况,探索虚拟企业这一复杂系统在远离平衡态的条件下如何向着有序、有组织、多功能、稳定的方向进化,以促进虚拟企业的理论发展及应用实践。
【Abstract】 In the current fierce competitive market, the establishment of virtual enterprises has become an effective strategic approach in the evolution process of which many complex phenomena. The basic spirit of virtual enterprise breaks through the visible boundaries of traditional enterprise and extends business function interface. Virtual enterprise is a temporary alliance that comes together to share skills or core competencies and resources and distribute costs in order to better respond to business opportunities.Based on self-organization theory analysis the construction of virtual enterprise, this paper proposes the cell structural model of virtual enterprise system based on self-organization, and business model based upon UML. This paper focuses on analyzing evolution of coordination mechanisms in the virtual enterprise four stages lifecycle, namely the formation, establishment, operation and dissolution stages, establishes the evaluation index system through AHP-FCE and sets up a dynamic evolution model upon system theory to evaluate the relationship between dissipative factors in the outside world and how close the relationship between the partners in virtual enterprise system and then through experiments analysis gives a new interpretation for the growth of virtual enterprise system lifecycle. Enterprise system forms its basic stability mode for lifecycle evolution through continually improving inputs the outputs with the external world in order to better adapt and exist in the environment. This paper attempts to help VE with forming its stability statement through guiding and coordinating the parameters, achieve the growing up continuously and implement transform successfully in the open environment.This paper points out the self-organization systematic characteristics of virtual enterprise system, virtual enterprise system differentiates the traditional enterprise in many aspects:it has the characteristics of openness, complexity, hierarchy, break, process of self-cycle and intersect-cycle. What’s more, it discusses the designs complexity and stability of self-organized virtual enterprise system, proposes the virtual enterprise system management, precaution and evaluation mechanism, and then designs a comprehensive evaluation with an electronic corporation and proposes recommendations for improvement.This paper combines with qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation, theoretical analysis and empirical research methods, use interdisciplinary knowledge with the current business situation in order to explore the process of complex virtual enterprise system from the far from equilibrium conditions to the orderly, organized, multi-functional and stable direction of evolution, and promote the development and application of virtual enterprises.
