【摘要】 改革开放以来,福建省在农业方面取得了巨大的成就,农业的增长为社会经济的发展奠定了一定的基础。然而,该省农业仍处于由传统农业向现代农业的过渡阶段,其增长大多是在传统的农业模式下实现的,农业增长面临越来越大的生态环境和资源约束压力。循环经济是实施农业可持续发展战略的重要途径,能够起到缓解资源紧张、转变农业生产方式、改善农业环境污染、提高农产品质量和国际竞争力、解决“三农问题”、构建和谐社会等作用。因此,发展循环经济是福建省农业可持续发展的必然选择,有利于实现农业与经济社会环境的协调发展,有利于促进全省循环经济建设,有利于推进“海峡西岸经济区”的建设。本篇论文采用多种分析方法,包括文献资料法、比较分析法、定性分析和定量分析相结合等。本文通过总结归纳相关理论,对循环经济、农业循环经济、可持续发展和农业可持续发展进行综述,构建了循环经济视角下福建省农业可持续发展的理论框架。在此基础上,本文分析了福建省以循环经济推动农业可持续发展的条件优势和推广障碍,指出了循环经济视角下福建农业可持续发展现状及存在的问题,并通过借鉴国外利用循环经济发展农业的相关成果及经验,最后得出了循环经济视角下本省农业可持续发展的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening, Fujian Province has made great achievements in agriculture. The growth of agriculture has laid the foundation for the social and economic development. However, the agriculture of the province remains at the transformational phase from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, and mostly relies on the traditional model. The province faces increasing pressure on ecological environment and resource constraints. Circular economy plays an important role in relieving resource constraints, changing the mode of agricultural production, reducing agricultural pollution, improving the quality and international competitiveness of agricultural products and so on. Therefore, circular economy is an essential way to achieve sustainable development of agriculture in Fujian. It can coordinate the development between agriculture and the economic and social environment. Either, it can promote the construction of the province’s recycling economy and the building of Economic Zone on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Straits. In this paper, many analytical methods were used, including literature and data analysis, comparative analysis, empirical and normative analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis and so on. This paper summarized the theory of circular economy, circular economy of agriculture, sustainable development and sustainable development of agricultural, and constructed the theoretical framework of sustainable development of agriculture in Fujian from recycling economy. On this basis, the paper analyzed the advantages and barriers of developing the recycling economy of agriculture in Fujian, and pointed the situation and problems. With reference to the achievements and experience of foreign countries, this paper concluded the suggestions for the sustainable development of agriculture from the recycling economy in Fujian.更多还原
