TCR-TSF型滤波补偿装置的研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的迅速发展,冶金行业中越来越多的可逆型冷轧机、轧管机、穿孔机、电焊机等冲击性负荷接入电网。这类负荷为非线性负荷,功率因数比较低,运行时产生大量的谐波电流注入电网和造成电网电压波动与闪变及三相不平衡,降低了电网的供电质量,影响系统中的其他用户。本文首先分析谐波和无功功率的影响,接着分析了谐波抑制及无功补偿方面的相关理论及其各种装置的发展过程。然后详细分析了TCR、TSF装置的原理和特点。在相对成熟的TCR、TSF装置的基础上,分析了TCR-TSF型滤波补偿装置的工作原理和控制方法。采用基于瞬时无功功率理论的dq同步坐标变换法来检测系统电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率和补偿导纳的计算方法,分析了TSF投切策略和TCR控制角的计算方法及控制方案。设计了以TI公司DSP处理器TMS320F2812为核心的控制系统。在控制系统的硬件方面,完成了控制器的信号采集及调理电路、同步检测电路、AD采样电路以及DSP外围电路设计和调试,并完成了TCR脉冲传送电路、TSF过零触发电路的设计。在控制系统的软件方面,进行了控制器的采样、计算、触发等程序模块的编写。最后利用MATLAB的Simulink工具箱建立TCR-TSF型滤波补偿装置模型进行仿真实验,并分别进行TCR、TSF性能实验。实验结果表明TCR-TSF滤波补偿装置有较好的谐波抑制及无功补偿功能、很好的动态响应性能,同时也验证了控制策略的有效性和可行性,能够实现预期的功能。

【Abstract】 There are lots of non-linear loads in distribution power grid with the rapid expansion of our Chinese national economy.They have the electric characteristie of low power factor. When been working,they bring much power quality problems such as low power factor,runn-ing a large amount of harmonic current injection network,voltage fluctuations flicker and three phase unbalance,reducing the quality of power supply,affecting other users of system.In this paper,affection of harmonic and reactive power has been analyzed at first,and then the relevant theories of reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression the development of reactive power compensation devices have been introduced.TCR and TSF and their principles and characteristics have been analyzed. This paper analyzes the working principle and control method of TCR-TSF filter device based on the TCR and TSF.The dq coordinate transformation method to detect the system voltage, current, active power, reactive power and compensation for the calculation of admittance based on instantaneous reactive power theory synchronous hae detailed analyzed, the switching strategy of TSF and the method of TCR control angle calculation and TCR control scheme have been analyzed. A control system of TCR-TSF based TMS320F2812 has been designed.On the hardware side,signal acquisition circuit, synchronous detection circuit,AD sampling circuit and peripheral circuit of DSP have been designed and debugged,the circuit of TCR pulse transmission and TSF zero trigger has also been designed. On the software side, the controller’s sampling, calculation and trigger the preparation of such program modules have been designed.Finally, the simulation model of TCR-TSF filter device based Simulink of MATLAB’s toolbox has been established.Test of TCR and TSF has beed completed respectively. The result show that a TCR-TSF filter device has excellent behavior to restrain harmonic and compensate reactive power and good performance of dynamic response, also verifies the effectiveness and validity of control strategy and realize the functions anticipated.
