具有荧光特性的纳米金属氧化物/聚苯胺导电杂化薄膜的研究

【摘要】 在本研究中,以浸于含修饰剂的流动相的氧化物(氧化铕、氧化锌、氧化铝)作为固体靶,采用脉冲激光的方法制备得到修饰氧化物乙醇溶胶、修饰氧化物/聚苯胺有机溶胶及其杂化薄膜。采用透射电镜、荧光光谱、热重分析、紫外可见光谱、红外光谱、四探针电导率测试等方法研究了制备条件对修饰氧化物/聚苯胺有机溶胶荧光特性的影响,修饰氧化物纳米粒子的结构和修饰氧化物/聚苯胺杂化薄膜的荧光特性、导电性质及其性能。研究结果表明采用分步制备得到的修饰氧化物/聚苯胺有机溶胶的荧光性能比一步制备的更好;在紫外光照射下,修饰氧化物/聚苯胺有机溶胶及其杂化薄膜均能发出很强的荧光;修饰氧化物/聚苯胺杂化薄膜的导电性能相对于樟脑磺酸掺杂的聚苯胺薄膜的有所降低,而热稳定性有所提高。采用脉冲激光法分别制备得到发绿光的修饰纳米ZnO/聚苯胺有机溶胶和发红光的修饰纳米Eu2O3/聚苯胺有机溶胶,按一定的比例混合,得到修饰纳米氧化物/聚苯胺混合有机溶胶及其杂化薄膜。TEM显示金属氧化物粒子粒径约为15nm且其在聚苯胺中有较高的稳定性。该杂化薄膜材料在紫外光照射下发出强烈的黄光。杂化薄膜材料的电导率为0.07×10-2 S.cm-1。热分析表明该杂化薄膜比导电性聚苯胺(PAN-HCSA)薄膜具有更好的热稳定性。

【Abstract】 The decorated metal oxide(europium oxide、zinc oxided and alumina)ethanol colloids, decorated metal oxide/(PAN-HCSA) organic collids and the corresponding hybrid films were prepared by pulsed laser ablation at the interface of metal oxide target submerged in flowing liquid containing ligands.TEM,fluorescence spectrum, TG, UV-Vis, FT-IR and Four-Probe Measurement were used to study the influence of experimental conditions on fluorescence properties of the decorated metal oxide/(PAN-HCSA) organic collids, the structure of the decorated metal oxide nanoparticles,fluorescence and conductivity properties of the decorated metal oxide/(PAN-HCSA) hybrid films.It is found that the emission intensity of the decorated metal oxide/(PAN-HCSA) organic collids prepared by stepwise are stronger then one-step preparation. Fluorescence spectrum results showed the organic collids and their hybrid films can emit intense light under ultraviolet radiation.The conductivity of the hybrid films reduced compare to the relate conductive PAN-HCSA film.While TG showed that the hybrid films have better thermo stability than the relate conductive polyanline (PAN-HCSA)film.Decored nano-ZnO/(PAN-HCSA) organic collids and decored nano-Eu2O3/(PAN-HCSA) organic collids were prepared by pulsed laser ablation.Decored nano-oxide mixed organic collids were obtained by mixing the two collids,then the corresponding hybrid films were produced. TEM results showed the diameter of nano metal oxide particles is about 15nm and the nano particles were more stable in PAN.The hybrid films can emit intense yellow light under ultraviolet radiation. The conductivity of the hybrid films was 0.07×10-2S·cm-1. TG showed that the hybrid films have better thermo stability than the relate conductive polyanline (PAN-HCSA)film.
