基于Skyline的Web三维GIS应用研究

【摘要】 随着网络技术、虚拟现实技术、数据库技术、空间信息技术等的迅速发展,基于Web的三维GIS在“数字地球”、“数字城市”、“数字国土”、“数字矿山”、“数字流域”等应用实践中的需求越来越广泛,逐步成为地理信息系统领域的一个研究热点。本文总结了国内外Web三维GIS的研究现状,并比较了此方面各种实现技术和实现平台的优缺点。在此基础上,探讨并研究了基于Web的三维GIS关键技术以及基于Skyline的三维建模和系统开发相关算法,最后以其在某城市规划中的应用为例,阐述了基于Skyline的Web三维地理信息系统的设计和实现。本文研究工作主要包括:1、基于Skyline平台研究利用WFS以Web服务的方式发布海量的矢量数据和模型数据,并以流(Streaming)的方式进行数据传输,实现浏览三维场景时“看到哪里,显(示)到哪里”的实时显示效果,提高数据的传输速度。2、将ArcGIS与Skyline结合应用,发挥两个软件产品各自优势,实现三维场景下的通视分析、路径分析等空间分析功能,在Web三维GIS空间分析与处理方面做了一些有益的尝试和探索,这是本文的一个创新点。本文的研究工作可为基于Internet\Intranet的三维地理信息系统的深入研究提供一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of network technology, virtual reality technology, database technology, spatial information technology and so on, the Web-based 3D GIS in the practical application of "Digital Earth", "Digital City", "Digital Territory", "Digital Mine", "Digital Basin", etc. is demanded more and more widely. It has gradually become a research focus in Geographic Information System.This paper summarizes the research status of Web 3D GIS in both domestic and overseas, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various techniques and platforms. On this base, the key technology of Web 3D GIS, Skyline-based three-dimensional modeling and System development related algorithms are researched. Finally, taking some town planning application for example, the design and implementation of Web 3D GIS based on Skyline are expatiated.The main research work of this dissertation includes:1.This study is based on the Skyline. By using WFS, mass vector and model data are published with the way of Web services. At the same time, the data transmission is launched by the way of streaming. It can realize the real-time display effects--- when you visit the three-dimensional scene, "see where,show where", and improve the speed of data transmission.2.Combining the application of ArcGIS with Skyline can play their respective advantages of the two software and achieve some spatial analysis functions under the 3D scene, such as visible analysis, path analysis and so on. It is an innovative point of this article, which we make some beneficial attempt and exploration on the spatial analysis and process of Web 3D GIS.All the work in this dissertation represents certain use for reference to the further research of three-dimensional Geographic Information System based on Internet\Intranet.
