冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅体系组合墙体竖向受力分析

【摘要】 与国外的先进水平相比,我国对轻钢住宅结构体系的研究和应用起步较晚,对冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅体系仍处于研究和试点阶段。鉴于冷弯薄壁钢构件宽厚比比较大,在压力作用下,此类钢构件易发生局部失稳或结构失稳,失稳一旦发生,结构随即丧失承载力,将直接危害到结构的安全。本文通过对冷弯薄壁钢结构住宅体系组合墙体C型墙柱进行竖向受力的深入研究分析,以期能为此类钢结构住宅体系在国内的发展起到积极的推进作用。1.本文首先介绍了冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅的特点、目前国内外应用情况及国内外冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅竖向受力结构体系的研究现状。2.详细介绍了冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅体系竖向受力体系,阐述了冷弯薄壁型钢结构板件受压作用下板件屈曲理论和有效宽度的概念,并运用现有的计算理论,考虑板组效应对矩形薄壁构件整个截面承载力的影响。3.本文从单根墙柱出发,讨论了冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅体系中单根墙柱在竖向荷载作用下,不同的屈曲模式和对应的屈曲荷载;并计算分析了柱计算长度、截面尺寸与临界计算长度、屈曲模式和屈曲应力的关系。4.考虑墙板作用的墙柱在竖向轴心荷载作用下,分析了截面腹板高度、截面厚度不同下的承载力变化规律及破坏模式,并对比分析了有墙板与无墙板条件下柱子的极限承载力,得出相关结论。5.建立了无墙板墙体和墙板支撑墙体的有限元ANSYS分析模型,参考相关试验文献,确定合适的模型边界约束条件,通过有限元分析讨论了顶梁、底梁对墙柱计算长度的影响,进一步分析了不同墙板支撑类型,不同墙柱间距等条件下组合墙体竖向极限承载力的变化规律。最后,在上述研究的基础上,总结全文所得出的主要结论,并结合当前国际和国内的研究方向,提出本文有待进一步完善的工作。

【Abstract】 Comparing with the overseas advanced level, our country is later in the research and appli-cation about light steel structure, and is still in the research and the experiment site stage about the cold-formed thin-walled steel residential buildings.For the ratio width-thickness of cold--formed thin-walled steel is bigger, element is easy to happen local buckling or overall buckling, when the structure bears the vertical load. Once stability loses, the thin-walled steel structure collapses immediately, the structure security is harmed directly.Through the research on the composite wall C-shaped stud of the cold-formed thin-walled steel residential buildings under bearing vertical load, we hoped that the thesis can accelerate the development of the steel residential buildings in the domestic.1. introduce specifically the characteristics of the cold-formed thin-walled steel residential buildings, the domestic and international application of the steel residential buildings at present, and the domestic and international research status of the cold-steel thin-walled steel residential buildings system under the vertical force.2. Introduce specifically the cold-formed thin-walled steel residential buildings vertical stress system, the cold-formed thin-walled steel plate buckling theory and effective width under bearing vertical load, and, effect of bearing capacity taking into account plate assembly effect of rectangular thin-walled member using the existing theory.3. From the simple root stud, this thesis discusses the different buckling load and buckling failure mode of the simple root stud in the cold-formed thin-walled steel residential buildings under the vertical force; After, writer has analyzed the changes rule of the stud buckling stress, buckling failure mode under different studs calculated length, the section size, and the critical calculated length,some relationships are gained.4. Analyzed the rule of critical buckling stress and failure mode under different section, when the sheathing-bracing wall stud bears the vertical load, acquire the laws that are relevant to the sheathing effect by contrasting and calculating the capacity of studs between sheathing--bracing and non-sheathing-bracing.5.With the use of finite element analysis, set up a finite element ANS YS model about the composite wall of sheathing-bracing and non-sheathing-bracing; determine the appropriate model boundary constraint condition refer to the correlation testing literature; discuss effect of stud calculated length taking into account track; analyzed the change rule of the composite wall’s critical buckling stress under different wall type, stud spacing.Finally, on the basis of the above research, sum up the main conclusions and propose the further improved work in this thesis according to the domestic and international research direction.
