银行经营管理量化操作规则系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 商业银行精细化管理是指将商业银行的发展愿景和发展目标,通过系统规划的方法,在涉及经营管理各个层面形成一个系统的精细化管理行动纲领,并将纲领准确快速地转化成商业银行经营行为,以持续有效地实现经营目标的一种管理方法。某银行在日常经营活动中,必须遵守一定的经营管理制度和法则。规定哪些事项必须做、怎样做、哪些事情不能做,哪些法则必须遵守。日常性的重要工作如何布置下去才能保证工作的落实。如何将这些工作法则变成员工的自觉行动,这一直是困扰银行管理者的问题。某银行为全面落实上级行的各项经营管理制度,完成上级行下达的各项目标任务,在广泛征求广大员工意见的基础上,推行精细化管理。本课题来源于某银行“经营管理量化操作规则”,为该行提出利用计算机信息处理技术和现行的通信技术,将这些精细化经营管理规则计算机化,利用ASP.NET开发环境和SQL Server2005数据库,开发一个管理平台,实现对规则条文的管理、规则任务的分发、周月工作计划的申报、周月工作计划的审核、行长周月例会、行长周月例会工作任务的激活,规则工作任务的提醒、例会工作任务的提醒、工作任务的督办催办、工作量化考核、负激励数据的生成与兑现。责任人进入系统后可以看到自己要做的工作,完成时限,当某项工作完成后通过点击完成或回复短信,告诉系统该工作已经完成,当某项工作快到完成时限尚未完成时,系统可根据事先设定的提醒时间,进行提醒。实现规则管理和日常重要工作提醒及考核自动化。以管理促进科技的创新,以科技的创新促进管理的创新。

【Abstract】 Commercial Bank Internal Control and Refined Management refers to bank subtle management is a method of management in a bid to ensure continual achieve business object through a systematic planning approach to refer the development vision and goals of commercial bank, to form a fine management of the programme of action at all management levels and programs quickly and accurately into commercial bank business behaviours.Banks must obey a certain Management Operating System and rules in their daily management, what must be done,how to do them,what can not be done and what rules needs obeying.How the important daily work will be arranged to ensure them well carried out?How these rules become employees’spontaneous action?These questions have always been disturbing bank managers for a long time.This subject comes from the " Delicacy quantitative operation rules " of a bank.It put forwards a new way to computerize these rules by means of Computer information processing and current Communication Technologies.To develop a management platform by making use of development tools,such as ASP.NET and SQL Server, will achieve many tasks,such as the management of tasks and rules,the distribution of tasks and rules,reporting of weekly and monthly work plan,audit of weekly and monthly work plan,weekly and monthly president meeting,activation of weekly and monthly president meeting task,reminder of regular work task,reminder of regular meeting task,reminder of supervision tasks,work quantitative assessment, generating and honoring of Negative incentive dataThe related person will get a better understanding on the assignment, deadline after access to the system.He can inform the system that the assignment has been finished by clicking the "finish button" or replying messages to it.For the assignments approaching to its deadline, system can remind the related person for this assignment by setting a time in system in advance.In this way,we can Promote technological innovation by management,and advance management development by technological innovation.
