【摘要】 借助快速发展的信息技术和经济的日益全球化,全球经济呈现出工业型经济向知识型服务经济转型的发展趋势,尤其在服务业内部,高人力资本、高技术含量、高附加值的知识密集型服务业发展迅速。在区域经济发展中扮演着促进产业融合和产业结构升级,促进区域经济和社会发展,拉动就业等重要角色,其发展水平的高低直接影响到区域经济的发展和城市竞争力的提高。而集群作为一种已被证明的有效的产业发展组织方式,能产生良好的经济效应、网络效应和社会效应,符合知识密集型服务业发展的趋势和要求。目前,世界上许多大城市都把促进知识密集型服务业集群发展作为实现增强城市发展竞争力的一个重要的战略举措。重庆作为西南内陆经济发达的城市之一,在实现“长江上游金融中心、物流中心、科教信息中心和现代制造业基地”的发展定位的进程中,知识密集型服务业获得了快速的发展,知识密集型服务业集群已初具雏形。在2010年,重庆被确立为国家五大中心城市之一,重庆的发展被提升到国家的发展战略层面,在“314”发展的总体部署的指导下,重庆获准设立“两江新区”,重庆的知识密集型服务业面临着巨大的历史发展机遇。因此,如何通过促进重庆知识密集型服务业的集群发展,实现重庆经济尤其是服务经济的持续快速的发展,实现重庆产业结构调整与升级,提高重庆装备制造业的综合竞争力,从而提高重庆的城市综合竞争力,推动重庆“长江上游金融中心、物流中心、科教信息中心和现代制造业基地”的建设,正是本文的出发点和归宿点。论文首先对产业集群理论和知识密集型服务业相关理论进行了论述,为下文提供理论基础。其次,论文对重庆知识密集型服务业进行了定性与定量相结合的分析。通过采用变异系数法和区位商法,分析了重庆知识密集型服务业发展现状以及行业产业集聚程度;通过对重庆知识密集型服务业六大行业的定性分析,剖析了重庆知识密集型服务业行业发展的现状和发展过程中存在的问题,为下文的对策建议作铺垫。再次,通过对国内外的伦敦、东京、北京和上海等都市的知识密集型服务业集群发展历程的剖析,借鉴了其成功的发展经验,为重庆知识密集型服务业集群发展提供参考。第四,通过SOWT分析方法,分析了重庆知识密集型服务业集群发展的存在的内在优势和劣势、机遇和挑战,得到促进重庆知识密集型服务业集群发展的战略建议。最后,论文提出了促进重庆知识密集型服务业集群发展的总体思路、空间布局和产业布局、相关的发展对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of information technology and the accelerated process of economic globalization, the global industrial economy presents a knowledge-based services to the trend of economic restructuring, especially in the service sector within the high human capital, high-tech, high value-added knowledge-intensive the rapid development of service industries in regional economic development plays an important role in promoting, playing to promote industrial integration and upgrading of industrial structure, promote regional economic and social development, employment and other important driving role in the development level of its direct impact on regional economic development and improvement of urban competitiveness. The cluster of industrial development as an effective organization, can produce good economic effect and network effect, in line with the development of knowledge-intensive service industry trends and requirements.Currently, many major cities in the world regard the promotion of cluster development as a knowledge-intensive service sector of urban development to achieve enhanced competitiveness of an important strategic initiatives. Chongqing, Southwest China inland economic development as one of the cities, in the realization of "Yangtze River financial center, logistics center, information center and the science base of modern manufacturing" development orientation in the process of KIBS to obtain a rapid development, KIBS cluster has begun to take shape. In 2010, Chongqing was established as one of the national top five cities, Chongqing’s development has been promoted to national development strategic level, in the "314" development under the guidance of the overall deployment, Chongqing allowed to set up a "Two Rivers District," the knowledge of Chongqing intensive service industries are facing greater historical opportunity for development.Therefore, how to promote Chongqing service economy byKIBS sector cluster development way in Chongqing, especially how to achieve sustained and rapid economic development and how to upgrade the realization of industrial restructuring, how to promote the comprehensive competitiveness of the manufacturing sector and to improve Chongqing city’s comprehensive competitiveness, in order to make the Chongqing "Yangtze River financial center, logistics center, information center and science of modern manufacturing base," National strategy, this is the starting point and destination point.Firstly, the industrial cluster theory and the theory of knowledge-intensive service industry are discussed, for the following theoretical basis for countermeasures. Secondly, the paper conducted in Chongqing KIBS combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method by using the coefficient of variation and regional commercial law, quantitative analysis of the Chongqing Development of KIBS sector and industry level of industrial concentration and give qualitative analysis of the six knowledge services industry, analyzes the development of Chongqing, the status of knowledge-intensive service industries and development problems, the suggestions below to make bedding.The third, analysis the development process of knowledge-intensive service industry cluster at home and abroad through London, Tokyo, Beijing and Shanghai, inspired by the successful development experience, knowledge-intensive service industry cluster development in Chongqing reference.Fourth, ,we analysis knowledge-intensive service industry cluster of the development of Chongqing by the way of SOWT analysis and get the inherent strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Chongqing by promoting knowledge-intensive service industry cluster .Finally, the paper give a total way to promote KIBS of Chongqing by cluster development, and the total spatial distribution and industrial distribution, and some relevant development countermeasures.更多还原
