【摘要】 目的：观察骨伤灵治疗colles骨折的临床疗效,以探讨其促进骨折愈合的机理,为临床运用提供依据。方法：将符合纳入标准的60例Colles骨折患者按就诊的先后顺序随机分为实验组、对照组,所有病例均行手法复位石膏外固定后,分别给予骨伤灵、骨折挫伤散治疗,术后对疼痛消失时间、肿胀消退情况进行评分；术后第7、14、21、35天检测血中Ca、ALP的含量；术后第14、21、35天拍摄X线片对骨折愈合情况进行检查并评分。所有数据均进行统计学分析。结果：对疼痛消失时间、肿胀消退情况的评分表明,实验组比对照组更能缓解症状(p<0.05)；对血Ca、ALP的检测表明,实验组在骨折愈合过程中对Ca、ALP的调节优于对照组(p<0.05),能更好的促进骨折愈合；从X线片检查显示,实验组在骨痂形成速度、骨愈合成熟程度上优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：骨伤灵能够缓解疼痛,促进肿胀消退,调节血中Ca、ALP水平,促进成骨细胞活性和无机盐的沉积,加快骨痂形成及骨折的愈合更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:observe the treatment of GuShangLing to the Colles fracture in order to .investigate the healing of the fracture mechanism and provide Treatment basis for the clinical.Methods:60 cases chosen according to the adoption standard’s are randomly divided into two groups(experimental group and control group),all patients undergo manual reduction and immobilize by plaster casts at slightly palmar flexion,then given GuShangLing or GuZheCuoShangSan.pain disappeared time and swelling rate are scored;Ca,ALP levels are tests at 7th,14th,21th,35th day after operation;X-ray examination are made at 14th,21th,35th after operation in order to discuss the healing of the fracture.All data are analyzed statistically. Results:the experimental group in the pain disappearance time and swelling rate after operation is better alleviatethan the control group(p<0.05);Ca、ALP text show that the experimental group is more significant than the control group on the Ca、ALP adjustment(p<0.05);the X-ray examination revealed that experimental group is better than the control group from the spiritual formation rate and bone healing (p<0.05).Conclusion:GuShangLing can reduce pain,promote swelling rate,adjuste Ca, ALP levels,and promote osteoblast activity and deposition of inorganic salts,accelerate callus formation rate and the healing of the fracture.更多还原
