【摘要】 伴随着改革开放的历程,我国家族企业从创业以来,呈现出了蓬勃发展的喜人景象,为我国国民经济的发展做出了重要的贡献。但是家族企业在发展过程中出现了许多阻碍其发展的因素,正遭遇发展过程的瓶颈状态。如何使家族企业走出困境,认真、客观地去分析我国家族企业的生产经营现状、生产经营中存在的问题,研究家族企业如何实现可持续发展,具有重要的理论和现实意义。本研究的目的在于通过研究家族企业的发展现状和发展特点,构建家族企业可持续发展评价指标体系。论文首先对家族企业的相关理论进行整理。接着论述了中外家族企业的发展现状和特点,以及我国家族企业的发展现状与面临的问题。由此得出影响家族企业可持续发展的主要因素。在此基础上构建了家族企业可持续发展的评价体系,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判的方法构建了家族企业可持续发展的评价模型。最后结合实证分析证明了模型的正确性和应用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of technology and the fact of economy globalization, family business has already spread all over the world as a kind of general enterprise type, and its role in economic development of the world is the topic which business circles and academia pay attention to extensively. Chinese family business has been strengthened constantly since reform and opening-up, becoming the point of growth of economic development of our country. But there are many questions that many family enterprises develop slowly and some even untimely die. Family enterprises have existent quality, but they have their own inherent disadvantages except their own distinct advantages with their further development.The purpose of the study is to utilize the current situation and development characteristics of family firm. Another purpose is to construct the sustainable development evaluation index system and model of family firm. The paper first analyzed the literature of the family firm. Then the current situations of the development and characteristics of Chinese and foreign family firms were explained. Following the subject problem which the family firm faces of each stage was put forward. Next the evaluation index system and model of family firm in view of the financial was established, and the evaluation model based on the sustainable development of family firm was constructed with the AHP-Fuzzy approach. At last taken A enterprise as an example, the feasibility of the evaluation index from operating was approved true.更多还原
