矿井风机监测系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 风机是矿井通风系统的核心装置,为风流提供必需的动力,风机的正常运行对整个通风系统都至关重要。因此,对风机的工作状态的监测是了解整个通风系统状态的重要方法,是保证矿井正常生产的重要保证。本系统使用高可靠性的STC89C52单片机为核心设计和实现了对风机参数的实时监测、实时处理。通过与上位计算机联网,实现通风机的远程监视,解决了某些系统过于简单、监测内容不全面、部分关键参数监测精度较低等问题。本系统大大提高了风机监测的效率,节省了大量的人力物力。同时,本系统提高了风机设备的自动化管理水平,保证了风机设备的经济、可靠运行,为风机设备的管理和维修提供了可靠的科学依据。

【Abstract】 Ventilator is a core device of the mine ventilation system for providing necessary impetus to the airflow and it’s essential to keep main fan work normally. Therefore, monitoring the functional mode of main fun is an important way to understand the entire ventilation system and a kind of assurance to normal production for mine.The system uses a high reliability STC89C52 microcontroller as its core to design and implement real-time monitoring of the fan parameters and real-time processing. What’s more, the system achieved long-range monitoring by connecting with upper computer network in central control room. The system has solved some issues exist in previous system such as: simple system structure, low accuracy of some key parameters (such as the fan flow), defective contents of monitoring and no information systems integration with the control center.This system greatly improved the efficiency of the fan monitoring and saved a lot of manpower and resources. At the same time, the system has improved the automatic management level on the main ventilation equipment, ensure the main ventilation equipment work effectively, propose reliable scientific basis for equipment management and maintenance.
