铝电解槽工艺参数监控系统设计

【摘要】 自然界中分布很广的金属铝以其耐腐蚀、易导电、密度小和延展性好等良好的物理化学特性被广泛地应用在建筑、航空航天、交通运输、电力和包装等经济生活的各个领域。铝的电解生产成为国内外经济生活中竞争力很强的行业。国内外电解铝工业都在不断进行技术改造来巩固自己在竞争中的优势地位。我国的铝电解槽技术水平与国际领先水平相比存在很大的差别。因此,对铝电解生产过程中的电解槽进行实时监控对提高铝的电解水平具有重大意义。本文设计了具有数字化、网络化和智能化的铝电解槽监控系统。本文的铝电解槽监控系统对电解槽的生产运行状况进行实时监控,并且通过对影响电解槽运行的参数进行设置可以改变电解槽的运行状态,使铝电解槽的控制更加智能,方便了铝电解生产的管理,保证了铝电解生产过程中电解槽的安全性、稳定性和高效性。本文设计的以VB为开发语言,MySQL为后台数据库的上位机监控系统软件在对铝电解槽进行实时监控并进行故障报警、故障诊断的同时,还把实时监控的数据信息、报警信息、故障信息存储在服务器数据库中,便于工作人员查看实时监控数据和历史监控数据,从而根据这些重要的数据信息来对铝电解的生产过程进行分析,进而不断改进和完善生产的技术经济指标,最终提高铝电解生产的技术水平。

【Abstract】 Aluminum, widely distributed in nature, with its corrosion resistant, easy conductivity, small density, good ductility and other good physical and chemical characteristics is used widely in every field of the economic life, including the construction, the aerospace, the transportation, the power, the packaging and so on. Aluminum electrolysis has been the competitive industry at home and abroad. The electrolytic aluminum industries from home and abroad are all improving technology to consolidate their dominant position in the competition. Comparing with the international advanced level, our electrolytic aluminum is very backward in the technology. Therefore, it’s very significant to monitor the electric tank in the electrolytic aluminum production for improving the technology of the electrolytic aluminum.The monitoring system of aluminum electric tank, with digitization, networking and intelligent, can monitor the electrolytic aluminum production for real time and change the operating conditions of the electrolytic aluminum by setting the parameters that affect the operating conditions of the electrolytic aluminum, which make the control of the electrolytic aluminum production more intelligent and the management of the electrolytic aluminum production more convenient, ensure security, stability and efficiency of the electrolytic aluminum production.The monitoring system soft which is developed by VB and MySQL as database not only can monitor the electrolytic aluminum production for real time, fault alarm, fault diagnosis, but also can be convenient for the technical staff to check the stored in the server database real time monitoring data and historical monitoring data, by which the technical staff can analyse the process of the electrolytic aluminum production and improve and perfect the technology level of the electrolytic aluminum.
