济南燕翅山山体变形机理及治理研究

【摘要】 在我国,采矿工业有着悠久的历史,而早期浅部的无序开采形成大量的采空区,随着时间的推移使地表产生开裂、塌陷等地质灾害,不但破坏土地资源,更使人们的生产生活安全受到严重的威胁。本文针对济南燕翅山业已出现的采空塌陷、山体崩塌、不稳定斜坡等地质灾害,对燕翅山山体变形机理进行了深入研究,并提出了具体的治理方案。论文在广泛查阅与采空区相关的研究的基础上,利用有限元数值分析方法,对燕翅山山体及采空区进行了数值模拟,研究采空区及空区中的矿柱对周围岩体产生的力学效应。同时依据断裂损伤力学理论对矿柱裂隙扩展机理及变形规律进行了探讨,以此提出通过对原有矿柱进行加固和新增人工矿柱的综合治理方案。利用数值模拟分析了该方案的可靠性,采用强度折减有限元法计算了加固治理方案的安全系数,通过与其它采空区处理方案的对比,验证了本文提出的治理方案的可行性与合理性。本课题为采空区的治理研究提供了新的思路,对治理由于采空区而引起的地质灾害提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】 The mining industry has a long history in China, nevertheless, lots of gob areas left by early immethodical exploitation in the shallow part cause the ground surface to crack and collapse or other geological disasters with the growth of time, which not only destroys the land resources, but also threatens people’s production and living safety r seriously.Aimed at the geological disasters such as mining collapse, rock-avalanche, unstable slope that have emerged in YanChi Mountain in JiNan, further study on the deformation mechanism of YanChi Mountain was carried out and specific treatment scheme was proposed. On the basis of extensive reading with the research on mined-out area, YanChi Mountain and its mined-out area were simulated numerically by the finite element numerical analysis method and the mechanical effect of goaf and its ore pillar on surrounding rocks was studied. The ore pillars’mechanism of crack propagation and deformation rule was discussed simultaneously based on theory of fracture and damage mechanics, based on which comprehensive treatment scheme by the reinforcement of the original pillar and new increase of artificial pillars was proposed. The reliability of the program was analyzed by numerical simulation and the safety factor of strengthening governance programs was calculated by strength reduction finite element method. Through the comparison with other mined-out areas’treatment options, the feasibility and rationality of the treatment scheme that proposed in this article was verified. The topic has provided a new way for the treatment research of mined-out area and some reference on governing the geological disaster that caused by mined-out area.
