市政污泥干化热解工艺分析与热平衡模型的构建

【摘要】 建立了一种工艺流程高度集成的污泥干化热解处理系统,并在污泥成分分析、污泥热解过程参数测定的基础上,基于能量守恒定律,分析了该系统的干化、污泥热解、热解气燃烧过程全系统的能量转换、传递和耗散过程,最终构建了数学模型;利用该模型求得了燃料消耗量与污泥初始含水率和污泥处理量间的线性回归方程,分别为:y=-12.17+0.278 9x(x为含水率)和y=0.010 2x(x为污泥处理量)。试验表明线性回归方程的误差较小,可为污泥热解技术的工业化和集成化提供了可靠的运行参数。

【Abstract】 A highly integrated pyrolysis system was set up, including sludge drying and pyrolysis process. The sludge composition was analyzed and pyrolysis process parameters were measured. Based on the law of conservation of energy, and analyzing the energy conversion, transfer, and dissipation of the drying, carbonization, and pyrolysis gas combustion processes in the integrated sludge pyrolysis system, a mathematical model was composed. With the mathematical model, the relationships between the auxiliary fuel consumption and the initial water content of the sludge and the treated sludge amounts were established. Experiments show that the linear regression equation has less error, which provides a reliable operating parameter for the industrialization and integration of the sludge pyrolysis technology.
