张衡地动仪的科学复原
Scientific Reconstruction of Zhang Heng’s Seismometer
【摘要】 研究工作遵循“原理正确,结构合理,造型有据,逼近历史”的原则开展。介绍了科学复原模型应满足的6个条件,以及在史料研究、地震学研究、试验研究三方面取得的新结果。新模型的工作原理是悬垂摆,内部结构有五部分,形似汉代温酒尊,蟾蜍为器足,更加符合史料和汉代的历史特征。原大框架结构已经具有良好的验震和抗干扰功能,陇西地震现象得到重现,实现了从概念模型到科学仪器复原的历史跨越。目前,1/3原大的外型与结构小样已在河南博物院和北京海淀公共安全馆正式展出。
【Abstract】 Research on reconstruction of Zhang Heng’s seismometer has been unfolded in the spirit of “correctness of principle, rationality of structure, design based on evidence and closeness to history”. In this paper, the six limitations on scientific reconstructed model are introduced in detail and the new results from the research on historical records, seismology and experiment are presented. The present new model has following features: suspended pendulum, five parts of its inner structure, the similar external form of the warming wine jars of Han Dynasty, eight heads of dragon and toad-shaped foots, and such reconstructed model is much consistent with historical records and the culture characteristics of Han Dynasty. The framework of the model has good functions of seismoscope and anti-disturbances. The phenomenon corresponding to historical Longxi earthquake is recurred, which indicates a research leap from conceptual model to a reconstruction of scientific instrument. At the present, an external form and a structural sample with one-third of the real size have been formally on exhibition in Henan Museum (Zhengzhou) and Public Security Museum of Haidian (Beijing).
