安徽农业经济—生态系统耦合协调研究
Study on the Coordinated Development Countermeasures of Agricultural Economy-Eco System in Anhui Province
【摘要】 农业经济—生态系统协调发展是提高农业可持续发展能力的重要路径。根据2000-2016年安徽农业经济与资源环境数据,通过DFSR模型与熵值法构建安徽农业经济系统、农业生态系统发展评价指标体系并计算其发展指数;运用耦合模型对安徽农业经济—生态系统的耦合度与耦合协调度进行测度。研究表明:安徽农业经济—生态系统由"经济滞后型"转变为"生态滞后型",农业经济—生态系统历经了拮抗期、磨合期的耦合阶段,耦合协调水平从轻度失调进化至中级协调状态。为推进安徽农业经济—生态系统协调发展,需要建立生态农业产业化体系以转变农业发展方式,示范推广农业清洁生产技术以转变农业生产方式,推进农业面源污染防治工程以提升安徽农业生态环境承载力。
【Abstract】 The coordinated development of agricultural economic-ecological system is an important path to improve the sustainable development ability of agriculture. According to the agricultural economic and resource environment data of Anhui province from 2000 to 2016, the Anhui agricultural economic system and agricultural ecological system development evaluation index system were constructed by DFSR model and entropy evaluation method, and its development index was calculated. The coupling model was used to measure the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree. The research shows that the agricultural economic-ecological system in Anhui has changed from"economic lag type" to "ecological lag type". The agricultural economic-ecological system has experienced the coupling phase of the antagonistic period and the running-in period, and the coupling coordination level has evolved from mild disorder to intermediate coordination status. In order to promote the coordinated development of Anhui agricultural economic-ecological system, it is necessary to establish an eco-agricultural industrialization system to transform the way of agricultural development, demonstrate and promote agricultural clean production technologies to transform agricultural production method, and promote agricultural non-point source pollution prevention and control projects to improve the carrying capacity of agro-ecological environment.
