【摘要】 城市灾害往往会给人们带来深重的灾难和巨大的损失,而城市防灾公园绿地在避难疏散、防灾减灾、信息传递、医疗救护等方面能发挥着重大的作用。然而,我国目前在城市防灾公园绿地规划中并没有引起重视,还存在一些问题需要加以解决。今后应该结合防灾减灾从公园绿地设施、入口交通系统和植物配置三方面进行规划,以期为城市防灾减灾提供便利。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban disasters frequently bring about great suffering and huge loss,while urban disaster-prevention park usually plays an important role in disaster prevention and reduction in a city.This paper firstly summarizes the functions of urban disaster-prevention park: refuge and evacuation,disaster prevention and reduction,information transmission,medical care,etc.Then it deals with the planning of urban disaster-prevention park from facilities of park,entrance and communications of park,plant furnishing three aspects,for the sake of offering urban disaster-prevent park of other cities certain reference and guidance.更多还原
