TLMD阻尼器在桥梁工程上的应用研究
Application Research of TLMD in Bridge Engineering
【摘要】 为有效抑制九江长江大桥三大拱吊杆的涡激振动,曾为其加装了TMD阻尼器。近20 a来其涡激振动得到了控制,但却造成了阻尼器长期大幅振动状态下的疲劳损伤。为避免当损伤积累后将削弱减振效果并危及结构安全,依托该桥三大拱吊杆新型液体-质量双调谐阻尼器(TLMD)研发项目,研究了阻尼器安装质量比与主振系统及阻尼系统动力放大系数的关系,并对阻尼器振动幅值进行了理论分析。研究发现:为保证阻尼器的安全与可靠,应选取合理的阻尼器安装质量比,使得该类阻尼器的动力放大系数不超过30倍。并据此指导了该桥吊杆新增阻尼器实施方案的设计。测试结果表明减振效果良好,且未见阻尼器疲劳损伤现象。
【Abstract】 The TMD has controlled the vortex-induced vibration of the suspenders of Jiujiang Changjiang-bridge effectively.But after about 20 years,the fatigue failure has emerged on individual dampers because of the frequent large amplitude vibration.Relying on the R&D project of TLMD for suspenders of this bridge,the relationship was researched between the mass ratio of TLMD that have been installed and the dynamic magnification factor of main vibration system and the dampers,and the damper amplitude was analyzed in theory in order to prevent the weakening of vibration absorption effect of damper because of fatigue.The study found that: the damper dynamic magnification factor must be no more than 30 through reasonable choice of mass ratio in order to guarantee the safety and reliability of the damper.The project design of the added damper for the the suspenders of Jiujiang Changjiang-bridge was based on this research result.The test result showed that the vibration absorption effect was good and the fatigue failure was not be found.
