【Abstract】 The lack of the concept of ecological civilization leads to the crisis of the logic and strategic transformation of ecological modernization in China,highlighting the theoretical logic of the dualistic opposition between material and spirit,subject and object,ought to be and reality. The lack of the concept of ecological civilization focuses on the realistic manifestations of its content identification,awareness level,participation level and responsibility subject. For a long time,the way of survival for quick success and instant benefit has led to the paradox of modernization development. The paradox of ecological destruction and the lack of ecological needs are coexisting with the improvement of modernization level. It is difficult to change the development mode and adjust the development mode.
