从抗震救援看科技的作用和新研究课题

【摘要】 本文初步总结归纳了在汶川地震救援中使用的12种科技手段,指出有什么样的科技水平就有什么样的救援工作,提出了今后一些值得关注的新的研究课题。

【Abstract】 The article made a preliminary summary of the 12 technical tools adopted in the Wenchuan Earth- quake disaster relief effort,then pointed out that scientific level decides the level of relief efforts,and finally brought forward some new research subjects worthy of notice in the future.
