【摘要】 目的探究黄芪消渴方联合胰岛素治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治Ⅱ型糖尿病患者88例为研究对象,按照治疗方案不同分为行胰岛素治疗对照组(n=44)与联合使用黄芪消渴方治疗实验组(n=44),对比疗效。结果实验组治疗后血糖水平低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,血糖达标时间及胰岛素使用量低于对照组,P<0.05,不良反应对比无显著差异,P>0.05。结论在使用胰岛素治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的基础上,联用黄芪消渴方可明显提高治疗效果,有助于维持患者血糖稳定,能够减少胰岛素用量,用药安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore clinical effect of Astragalus Antithirst Prescription combined with insulin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Choose 88 cases type 2 diabetes patients in our hospital as research objects. According to different treatment schemes, divide them into two groups: insulin treatment control group(n=44)and astragalus diabetic prescription treatment experimental group(n=44). Compare curative effects. Results after treatment, blood sugar level in experimental group was lower than control group, and total effective rate was higher than control group. Blood sugar reaching standard time and insulin dosage in experimental group was lower than control group, P< 0.05. Adverse reactions showed no significant difference,(P> 0.05). Conclusion Based on insulin therapy for type II diabetes, combination of Astragalus Antithirst Prescription can improve curative effect significantly,maintain blood sugar stability, reduce insulin dosage, with safe and reliable medication.更多还原
