【摘要】 目的评价汶川大地震后灾区卫生防疫中消杀工作实施措施。方法采用回顾性工作总结方法,对我们在汶川大地震后消杀工作进行评价。结果经过对所负责的灾区基本情况和卫生防疫条件的调查,明确生活垃圾、临时厕所的粪便、人和动物尸体作为环境消毒的重点。饮水卫生和食品卫生作为卫生防疫重点。各种蚊蝇孳生地、生活垃圾存放处等特殊场所作为喷雾杀虫重点。在无确切的传染病暴发流行时,不主张对外环境进行大面积的消毒。环境与饮水消毒主要采用含氯消毒剂;杀灭蚊蝇主要采用溴氰菊酯类。施药方法主要采用气溶胶喷雾、超低容量喷雾和其他综合方法。结论通过以上有效的综合措施,震区灾后未发生任何规模性疫情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the disinfection measures in sanitary and anti-epidemic work in earthquake-stricken area after Wenchuan disiastrous earthquake.Method Retrospective summarizing method was used to evaluate the disinfection work after Wenchuan disastrous earthquake.Results Through investigation of the basic circumstances and sanitary and anti-epidemic conditions of our responsible stricken area,it was determined that the daily garbage,feces of temporary lavatory and human and animal corpses were the fosal point of environment disinfection,drinking water and food hygiene was the focal point of sanitary and anti-epidemic work and the special places such as various mosquito and fly breeding areas and stacking placres of garbage were the focal points of spraying insecticides.When there was no definite outbreak of communicable diseases,large area of disinfection of external environment was not considered.Disinfection of environment and drinking water mainly used chlorine-containing disinfectants,decamethrins were mainly used for killing mosquito and fly.The methods of applying drugs were mainly aerosol spray,ultra-low volume spray and other comprehensive methods.Conclusion Through aforenmentioned effective comprehensive measures,no considerable epidemic occurred in stricken area after earthquake.更多还原
