基于多尺度融合遥感数据的稀土矿山安全监测研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着稀土经济和战略价值的不断攀升,四川攀西山区的稀土开采活动日渐频繁,给当地生态及居民安全造成了极大压力,实现矿山生产高效精准的安全监察成为当地政府的迫切之需。本文探索性集成高分卫星和无人机航测技术,构建多尺度融合遥感数据,进而开展了稀土矿安全生产监测应用研究。结果表明:多尺度融合遥感数据适用于高山稀土矿区的安全监察工作,能够快速排查安全生产隐患,精准监测隐患空间参数,有效辅助安全分析与工程规划,极大提升了矿山安全生产监控效率。该技术方法移植性强,适用性广,具有广阔的拓展应用市场,为复杂环境下的矿山安全监控难题提供了新的解决思路。

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the rising of rare earth’s economic and strategic value,more and more mining activities of rare earth happened in Panxi mountainous areas,Sichuan province.These production activities give a bad effect on local ecological security and residents’safety.So,achieving precise mine production safety supervision becomes the urgent needs of local government.The paper explores to build a multi-scale remote sensing data based on GF satellite and UAV photogrammetry,for carrying out the safety monitoring research on rare earth mine.The results show that the multi-scale remote sensing data is applicable to rare earth mines’safety supervision work.It can discover potential safety hazard quickly,monitoring hazards’spatial parameters accurately,supporting safety analysis and project planning efficiently.Furthermore,with the good portability and applicability,this technology method has a broad market,providing a new solution for mine safety monitoring problem in complex environment.
