【摘要】 该文分析了云南高原特色天然香料产业的基本情况,指出高原特色天然香料是云南最具产业基础和发展优势的高原特色现代农业产业之一,是传统产业优化升级为新兴产业的亮点。调研组通过实地调研走访、考察、交流,寻找发现云南香料产业发展存在的问题。为打造世界一流"云香"品牌,提出扶持全产业链发展,加强市场引导,提升行业创新驱动能力,开展"云香"全产业链扶持,在种质资源、品种选育、后端深加工和下游高端产品开发全方位发展的建议,让云南天然香料资源得到有效利用和转化,为天然香料产业创新驱动发展建立可靠的行业支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper makes a thorough analysis of natural perfume industry, featuring the plateau, in Yunnan province, and it points out that natural perfume industry is one of the most industrially fundamental and potential industries and can be promoted from traditional to emerging industry. The survey group, after various fieldtrip study, investigations and communication, finds out some problems to its current development. In order to build a world-famous brand, this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions to the development of natural perfume industry in Yunnan, such as supporting the whole industrial chain, stressing the role of the market, enhancing innovation, and realizing the overall development of seed resource, variety breeding, rear-end intensive processing and promoting high-end products. All the measures are to make full use of the natural perfume resources in Yunnan province and to build industrial support for the innovative development of natural perfume industry.更多还原
