浮放设备在爆炸振动作用下的冲击振动响应
IMPACT VIBRATION OF FREE STANDING EQUIPMENT SUBJECTED TO BLAST VIBRATIONS
【摘要】 基于刚体冲击振动模型,建立了浮放设备在振动激励条件下冲击响应分析的理论方法。通过数值模拟计算给出了浮放设备爆炸振动响应的理论预测结果,它与放置在工作台面上的一台台式计算机的爆炸振动响应实验测试结果具有良好的一致性。研究表明,浮放设备的爆炸振动响应主要取决于地面垂直方向上的振动激励分量和设备与工作台面之间的碰撞恢复系数,评价浮放设备爆炸振动安全性时应考虑到可能出现的冲击振动响应。
【Abstract】 An approach to analyze the impact response of the free standing equipment to vibration excitations is presented on the basis of the impact vibration model of rigid block. The theoretical prediction related to the response of free standing equipment to blast vibration is obtained through numerical calculation.It is in agreement with the experimental result measured from the response of a desk computer on the table to a case blast vibration.The presented result shows that the response of free standing equipment to blast vibrations mainly depends on the vertical component of the ground motion excitations as well as on the coefficient of restitution between the equipment and the table surface during impacting. In evaluating the safety fo the equipment subjected to blast vibrations,the impact vibration response that occurs possibly should be considered.
