颗粒级配增强低密度油井水泥的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE FLOATING-BEAD AND MICRO-SILICA TYPED HIGH-STRENGTH AND LOW-DENSITY CEMENT SYSTEM
【摘要】 基于颗粒级配增强原理,设计了以漂珠、水泥颗粒、微硅颗粒和自制的颗粒级配增强外掺料为主构成的四元体级配体系,并研制了与之配套的早强增韧剂。试验结果表明,筛选确定的漂珠、微硅颗粒和自制的颗粒粒径分布合理,所设计的四元体级配体系确实可行,与早强增韧剂配合使用,可显著提高漂珠微硅类低密度水泥石的综合强度、水泥浆的稳定性和防窜能力,与其它常用外加剂也有良好的配伍性。研究结果对油井水泥体系的研制与应用具有普遍的指导意义。
【Abstract】 Based on present technical analysis and the utilization of the theory of particle size distribution, the four-stage-particle pack system, mainly composed by floating bead, cement particle, micro-silica particle and self-made reinforcing admixture, is designed. Meanwhile, the allied early-strength reinforcing agent is developed. Results obtained from experiments demonstrate that the present technical analysis is accurate, particle size distribution of screened floating bead, micro-silica particles and self-made particles is reasonable. The designed multi-particle pack system shows good feasibility, and it cooperates with early-strength toughening agent can remarkably enhance the comprehensive strength of low-density set cement and the stability and anti-channeling capability of cement slurry. The system also shows good compatibility with other additives. Research results offer extensive guidance for the investigation and application of oil-well cement system.
