【Abstract】 Taken a new rural village development and improving seismic resistance ability of rural houses as underlying standpoint,the necessity,feasibility and objectives of "the seismic safe rural houses project(SSRHP)" are discussed in this paper.The main contents of this project include survey and seismic resistance assessment of rural houses,study and application of practical anti-seismic technology,development of seismic safety demonstration village/region,seismic safety education and construction techniques training,establishment of seismic safety technologic service network,investment mechanism,promotion policies and international cooperation for construction of seismic safety rural houses.更多还原
