【Abstract】 After the rare big earthquake,the Communist Party Organization of the hospital should consider how to take advantages of ideological and political work to enhance the hospital cohesiveness.This article presented some experiences,such as making decision decidedly,stabilizing situation,enhancing cohesion,setting a leader example to everyone,discovering excellent deeds,and leading ideological and political work in the right way.更多还原
