6S精益化管理在医院文化建设中的运用
Role of 6S Lean Management in the Construction of Hospital Culture
【摘要】 深圳市龙岗区人民医院自引入6S精益化管理以来,以建立现代医院管理制度为重点,以改革创新为动力,通过建立6S管理制度体系、编制推行方案、广泛宣传全员培训、打造标杆效应、严控验收标准、奖惩兼顾、维持提高等一系列举措,使医护人员工作质量得到显著提高,患者满意度稳步上升,促进了医院文化建设,提升了医院软实力。
【Abstract】 Since Longgang District People’s Hospital of Shenzhen introduce the 6S lean management,the hospita focuses on the establishment of a modern hospital management system and innovation driven by reform,through the es tablishment of 6S management system,plan preparation,employee training,publicity effect,strict control of the acceptance standard,rewards and punishments etc,makes the medical staff work quality improve significantly,patient satisfaction rise steadily,thus promotes the construction of hospital culture,and improves the hospital soft power.
