【摘要】 "结日本"是何如璋、黄遵宪在《朝鲜策略》中为朝鲜开具的救时良策,前承"亲中国",后续"联美国",达致"图自强",形成一个完整的外交构想。迄今为止,中外学术界在《朝鲜策略》的研究上成果颇丰,评价甚高,但对"结日本"问题的研究却存在着严重的不足。事实上,《朝鲜策略》所提"结日本"问题,明显是与清政府此期的对朝政策相抵触的。这与何如璋、黄遵宪对朝策略的整体构想、清政府外交官选派机制的缺陷、总理衙门的权威性不强有密切的关系。因此,对《朝鲜策略》的历史地位必须重新评判。更多还原

【Abstract】 A complete diplomatic concept came into existence when"bonding with Japan" strategy was proposed by He Ruzhang and Huang Zunxian for Korea in the 1880 s, together with "propping China" before and "allying with the United States" after. Up to now, the academia at home and abroad have made a lot of achievements in the research of the Korean Strategy and highly appraised it, but there are serious deficiencies in the research of "bonding with Japan". In fact, the issue of "bonding with Japan" mentioned in the Korean Strategy was obviously in conflict with the policy of the Qing dynasty towards Korea in this period. This is closely related to the overall conception on Korean strategy of He Ruzhang and Huang Zunxian, the defect of the Qing Governmental mechanism of appointing diplomats, and the lack of the authority of the Zongli Yamen. Therefore, the historical status of the Korean Strategy must be re-evaluated.更多还原
