海底悬跨石油管道泄漏流场和温度场耦合分析
Coupling Analysis of Flow Field and Temperature Field on Spanning Submarine Oil Pipeline after Leakage
【摘要】 对海底悬跨石油管道泄漏后流场与温度场的耦合进行分析,建立二维多相流海底管道模型,给出合理的流体力学和热力学边界条件,利用有限元软件FLUENT进行数值仿真分析。分析结果表明:海底悬跨石油管道泄漏对周围海水的温度场影响明显,高温区域随石油上浮而向上扩展;泄漏介质在管道周围产生绕流运动,离开管道后出现"滴流"现象。
【Abstract】 The coupling of flow field and temperature field on spanning submarine oil pipeline are analyzed after leakage,two-dimensional multiphase flow submarine pipeline model is established,reasonable boundary conditions of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics are given,the finite element software FLUENT is used to make numerical simulation analysis.The results show that the temperature field of surrounding seawater is significantly affected by the leakage of spanning submarine pipeline,the high-temperature effect region upward extends with the oil rising.The flow movement around fluid on leaking medium around pipeline is produced,the phenomenon of trickles after leaving the pipe is appeared.
