地质样品中210Po的测定方法
Determination Method of 210Po in Geological Samples
【摘要】 研究了测定地质样品中210Po的适宜条件,并对测定210Po的干扰因素进行了讨论。在盐酸浓度0.5mol/L、溶液体积40mL、水浴温度80℃、振荡频率140次/min、振幅20mm、反应时间2.5h的条件下,210Po可定量自沉积于直径20mm的铜片上。通过测量铜片上的总α放射性活度,可求出样品中210Po的比活度。在自沉积反应体系中,加入抗坏血酸还原Fe3+等高价金属离子,以保护铜片不被腐蚀。210Po活度与总α净计数率的线性相关系数为0.999 8,测定方法的加标回收率为98.3%~101.5%。
【Abstract】 The optimum conditions for the determination of 210Po in geological samples were studied systematically.The interference factors for the determination of 210Po were discussed.Under the condition of hydrochloric acid concentration of 0.5mol/L,solution volume of 40 mL,water bath temperature of 80 ℃,oscillation frequency of 140times/min,amplitude of 20 mm,the reaction time of2.5h,210Po can deposit on the copper sheet of 20 mm diameter quantitatively.By measuring the total alpha activity on the copper,the specific activity of 210Po is obtained.In the reaction system,high-value metal ions such as Fe3+were reduced by ascorbic acid to protect the copper sheet from corrosion.The linear correlation coefficient between the activity of 210Po and the total alpha net count rate was0.999 8,and the standard recovery was 98.3%to 101.5%.
