【摘要】 目的评价卫生部/联合国儿童基金会加强地震灾区儿童预防接种信息化建设项目实施效果。方法 2009-2011年在四川省开展儿童预防接种信息化建设项目的地震极重灾区(6个市州、20个县区),对市、县、乡级儿童接种信息化工作情况以及相关工作人员掌握儿童信息管理知识进行调查。结果项目实施后四川省地震灾区20个县区、525个预防接种单位均已经开展了儿童预防接种信息化工作。录入2005-2010年出生的儿童332 154人,占目标儿童的96.64%。项目共装备笔记本电脑8台,投影仪20台,电脑520台,打印机500台。对538名专业技术人员的信息化知识进行测评,其中≥80分为442人,占总数的82.16%。建立了地震灾区信息化平台。结论儿童预防接种信息化建设项目工作的实施极大的推动了项目地区的信息化进程,该项目工作的模式能推广运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficiency of Childhood Immunization Registration Information system(CIRIS) work in earthquake stricken areas of Sichuan.Methods Twenty counties/districts in 6 cities in earthquake stricken areas of Sichuan were investigated in 2009-2011 by formal questionnaire with content of immunization informatization,technology knowledge of the staff,computer and network equipments,etc.Results With the implementation of the project,525 vaccination unites in 20 counties /districts carried out immunization informatization work in children.Altogether 332,154 children born in 2005-2010 were input into the system,accounting for 96.64% of the total target population.The project were equipped with 8 laptops,520 computers and 500 printers;538 professionals were tested informatization knowledge and 442(82.16%) staff gained a score over 80.Informatization platform in earthquake stricken areas was established.Conclusion The implementation of the project has promoted the informatization process of CIRIS to a large extent and is worthy of generalization.更多还原
