昆明市西山区三维GIS防灾减灾系统的实现
Realization of 3D GIS Disaster Prevention and Reduction System in Xishan District of Kunming City
【摘要】 地理信息系统(GIS)可以为气象服务提供基础信息空间分析,特别是三维GIS的应用,增强了气象信息可视化。基于此,主要阐述了如何将三维GIS与气象信息进行结合、分析、研究,并运用C#语言和Postgre SQL开发昆明市西山区基于三维GIS的防灾减灾平台。平台主要由数据采集服务、气象数据分析查询、温雨图集生成等模块组成,具有功能实用、操作简便、结果直观和稳定可靠的特点,为昆明市西山区的防减灾工作提供辅助决策支持。
【Abstract】 Geographic Information System(GIS) can provide basic information spatial analysis for meteorological services, especially the application of three-dimensional GIS, and enhance the visualization of meteorological information. Based on this, it mainly describes how to combine 3D GIS with meteorological information, analyze and study, and use C# language and PostgreSQL to develop a disaster prevention and reduction platform based on 3D GIS in Xishan district, Kunming city. The platform is mainly composed of data collection services, meteorological data analysis and query, and warm rain Atlas generation. It has the characteristics of practical functions, simple operation, intuitive results, and stable and reliable results, and provides support for disaster prevention and reduction work in the Western mountainous area of Kunming city.
