【摘要】 近几年来,随着电商的迅猛发展,越来越多的人们选择快递业务输送包括肉品在内的各种生活消费品。肉品作为一种特殊商品,在快递公司发售时应当严格遵守《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》中有关运输的动物产品应当附有有效的动物检疫合格证明的规定。在实践中,一些快递公司收发肉品时淡化动物检疫合格证明的查验,某种程度上弱化了动物检疫合格证明在控制肉品质量安全和防范疫病传播风险方面的作用。本文通过市场调查,提出了一些检疫换证对策,以期为业内人士提供工作参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of e-commerce, more and more people choose express delivery services to transport various consumer goods including meat. As a special commodity, meat products should strictly abide by the provisions of the Animal Epidemic Prevention Law of the People’s Republic of China on the transport of animal products that should be accompanied by a valid animal quarantine certificate. In practice, some express delivery companies have diminished the inspection of animal quarantine certificates when sending and receiving meat products, which has weakened the role of animal quarantine certificates in controlling meat quality and safety and preventing the spread of disease. Through the market investigation, this paper puts forward some quarantine reform measures, in order to provide reference for the industry.更多还原
