【摘要】 [目的]了解地震灾区人群口腔黏膜病损状况,评估应激状况对口腔黏膜病损的相关性。[方法]采用随机整群抽样调查方法,以都江堰灾区平板房社区居住人群为调查对象,分别进行应激自评量表、口腔健康问卷调查和口腔健康检查。[结果]完成都江堰市灾区15个平板房社区共计970人的问卷调查和口腔健康检查,都江堰市地震灾区人群灾后有口腔黏膜病损病史和现患口腔黏膜病损者为11.4%,应激自评量表评分等级与灾后有口腔黏膜病损病史和现患口腔黏膜病损者的关联性有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]都江堰市地震灾区人群的口腔黏膜病损十分普遍,加强灾区人群心理按抚是预防和控制口腔黏膜病损者的基本方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To assess the status of oral mucosa damage of the victims in the quake-hit areas and to evaluate the association between stress and oral mucosa damage.[Methods] By means of oral health surveys with random sampling and cluster sampling,the self-rating scale,oral health questionnaire and oral health examination were performed to investigate the oral health status of the earthquake survivors in Dujiangyan.[Results] The data of the questionnaire investigation and oral health examination were collected from 970 victims of 15 temporary housing areas in Dujiangyan city.The incidence of oral mucosa damage was 11.4%.The association between stress rating and the incidence of oral mucosa damage was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion] The oral mucosa damage was widespread among the victims in quake-hit areas.It is suggested that the psychological touch should be strengthened to the earthquake survivors,which provides the basis for the prevention and control of stress oral mucosa damage.更多还原
