油漆废水消黏剂三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的合成研究
Study on Synthesis of Melamine Formaldehyde Resin for Paint Wastewater Debinding
【摘要】 以三聚氰胺、甲醛为主要原料,合成了油漆废水消黏剂。研究结果表明:合成三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的最佳工艺条件是pH为3~4、反应温度为75℃、m(甲醛)∶m(三聚氰胺)为5.00∶7.56、反应时间为30 min。并采用SEM表征对消黏机理进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 With formaldehyde and melamine as main raw materials, the paint wastewater debinding agent was synthesized. The results showed that the optimal process conditions for synthesizing formaldehyde-melamine resin were obtained when p H value was 3-4, reaction temperature was 75 ℃, mass ration of m(formaldehyde): m(melamine) was 5.00 : 7.56, reaction time was 30 minutes. And the viscous mechanism was discussed by SEM.
