三聚氯氰含氰尾气治理工艺研究
Study on harmless chemical process for cyanuric chloride tail gas
【摘要】 为解决三聚氯氰生产过程中尾气含氰污染物问题,提出采用甲烷燃烧、氨催化、水吸收3步处理技术。分析结果表明,三聚氯氰结晶尾气中的氯化氰和氯气首先与甲烷发生氧化还原反应生成CO2、NOx、H2O、HCl,再进一步与氨气混合后经脱盐、氨催化反应生成CO2、N2,尾气中微量活性炭经水吸收去除,最终实现了三聚氯氰尾气的无害化排放。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of cyanides contamination in the tail gas of cyanuric chloride production,a three-step treatment technology including methane combustion,ammonia catalysis and water absorption is proposed.Analysis results indicate that cyanogen chloride and chlorine gas in tail gas from cyanuric chloride crystallization proceed firstly REDOX reaction with methane to generate CO2,NOx,H2O and HCl,which further mixes with ammonia and then performs desalination and ammonia catalytic reaction to generate CO2 and N2.Traces of activated carbon remaining in tail gas can be removed by water absorption.The harmless emission is realized finally.
