WQ100型聚合物微球理化性质及注入参数优化
Physicochemical Properties and Injection Parameter Optimization of Polymer Microspheres WQ100
【摘要】 为了考察WQ100型聚合物微球在低渗透油藏条件下的基本理化性能、粒径变化规律、微观结构、注入浓度和段塞大小与调驱效果的关系,采用表观性能检测、激光光散射粒径仪、透射电子显微镜、平面填砂可视化物模调驱实验等测试方法并结合油田现场实施情况对其性质特点和注入参数进行了系统的表征和优化。结果表明:WQ100型聚合物微球产品具有良好的稳定性和流动性,可在水中快速分散,可分离固形物质量分数为22%,初始粒径为纳米级,形貌为类球形,经水化后体积发生膨胀,非常适合在低渗透油藏应用;注入采用低浓度长段塞比高浓度短段塞注入可以获得更理想的注入水波及效果,油田现场应用采收率提高显著,投入产出比可以达到1∶3。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the basic physicochemical properties,particle size variation,micro-structure of polymer microspheres WQ100 and the relationship between oil displacement effect and injected concentration/slug size in low permeability reservoir,the basic physical and chemical properties and field injection parameters of polymer microspheres WQ100 were systematically characterized and optimized by means of apparent performance testing,laser particle size analyzer,transmission electron microscopy and the plane visual sand-filling model profile control and flooding experiments.The results show that polymer microspheres WQ100 has good stability and fluidity.It can disperse rapidly in water,and the mass fraction of separable solids is 22%.The initial particle size of polymer microspheres WQ100 is nanometer grade and its morphology is spherical.After hydration,the polymer microspheres WQ100 will expand,soit is very suitable for application in low permeability reservoirs.Better water sweep efficiency can be achieved by injecting the long slug of low concentration than the short slug of high concentration.The applications in oilfields show that enhanced oil recovery is remarkably improved,and the input-output ratio can reach 1:3.
