【摘要】 伴随大规模城市更新进程,老旧社区正成为我国城市基层社会治理的重点与难点。以安徽省W市H社区为例,基于城市更新视角对其现状与社会治理特征进行观察和分析,针对困境及成因提出创新社区治理理念,以社区需求为导向推进三社联动;协调各方,以政府为主导协力老旧社区改造;紧扣居民利益诉求,以民主协商化解社区冲突;增进社区认同,提升居民参与公共事务热情。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the process of large-scale urban renewal,old communities are becoming the focus and the difficulty of urban grass-roots social governance in China. Taking H community of W city in Anhui Province as an example,this paper observes and analyzes its current situation and social governance characteristics from the perspective of urban renewal,and puts forward the governance concept of innovation community for the predicament and causes. That is,to promote the interaction of the three societies based on the needs of the community; to coordinate all parties,with the government as the leading force to cooperate in the transformation of the old community; to closely adhere to the interests of residents and resolve community conflicts through democratic consultation; to enhance community identity and promote the enthusiasm of residents to participate in public affairs.更多还原
