应用模糊综合评判法对液固两相流泵磨损程度的研究
Wear of Liquid Solid Two Phase Flow PumpUsing Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method
【摘要】 针对目前评价液固两相流泵磨损程度的方法在定量分析方面存在的不足,应用二级模糊综合评判法建立了包括运行、介质、结构各环节及其各环节对泵磨损类型的因素体系,确立了泵磨损的模糊分类等级对应分值,构造了泵磨损模糊关系矩阵,特别定义了泵的磨损严重程度,并结合实际给出磨损严重程度的计算示例,证明这种方法是适用的.
【Abstract】 The quantitative analysis of liquid solid two phase flow pump wear is improved by application of a secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. A multi factor system is established; it includes all wear behavior such as running, medium, structure and their wear types. The wear grades and corresponding interval values are determined. A fuzzy matrix is structured. The definition of evaluation pump wear severity is given. Applicability range of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is also given.
