厚砂层钻孔灌注桩成孔泥浆配比分析

【摘要】 结合武汉二七长江大桥配套工程钻孔灌注桩的施工,介绍了钻孔灌注桩护壁泥浆的成分及其作用,指出应根据不同地质条件配制不同比例的泥浆.针对本工程地质的特厚砂层情况,有意识地进行了泥浆配比试验,并根据桩基完整性与泥浆成分配比分析,得到了适合本工程地质的泥浆配比,以积累钻孔灌注桩在厚砂层施工的经验.

【Abstract】 Combining with the construction of bored piles in Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge auxiliary projects of Er Qi road,the composition of bored piles slurry and its function are introduced;and it is pointed out that should prepare different mixing ratios of slurry according to different geological conditions.For the engineering geological conditions of thick sand,slurry mixing ratio test is carried out;and based on the integrity of the pile and slurry chemical composition analysis,engineering geology have been appropriate for the mixing ratio of slurry to accumulate experience of bored piles construction in thick sand layer.
