我国供给侧改革的政治经济学分析——基于分工矛盾视角的供给侧结构性改革研究

【摘要】 分工作为"政治经济学一切范畴的范畴",在生产力和生产关系的相互作用中发挥着纽带作用,而生产力和生产关系的矛盾也可以归结为分工矛盾。当前我国面临的供给侧结构性矛盾,也是长期以来我国经济发展所导致的分工矛盾引起的,分工的固化导致了协调机制矛盾、供需矛盾、劳动力结构矛盾、政策僵化的矛盾,这些构成了供给侧结构性矛盾的外因。运用部类分析方法,建立两部类的分工模型,指出分工矛盾产生的内在原因在于资本有机构成、利润率、产业政策等。为解决我国当前的供给侧结构性矛盾,应建立政府、企业、市场的良性协调机制,实现供给端分工的适应性发展,提高社会分工质量等。

【Abstract】 Division of labor as "the category of political economy in all categories", it plays an important role in the interaction between productive forces and productive relations, while the contradiction between productive forces and production relations can also be attributed to the contradiction of division of labor. The structural contradiction of supply side in China is caused by the contradiction of division of labor in China’s economic development for a long time, and the solidification of the division of labor leads to the contradiction between the coordination mechanism, the contradiction between supply and demand, and the contradiction of labor structure and the rigidity of policy, and those constitute the external causes of structural contradictions in the supply side. Using the class analysis method, the model of two class division is established, which points out that the internal cause of the contradiction of division of labor lies in the organic composition of capital, profit margin, industrial policy and so on. In order to solve the current structural contradiction of supply side in China, the benign coordination mechanism of government, enterprise and market should be established, to fulfil the adaptive development of labor division at the supply side and improve the quality of social division of labor, etc.
