【摘要】 地区建筑业在发展过程中呈现出一定的差异性,同时交通、信息的通达使得地区之间建筑业发展存在一定联系,因此有必要对建筑业发展水平进行综合评价并且探讨地区之间建筑业发展的相关性。在此背景下,本文首先通过构建建筑业发展水平综合评价体系,基于因子分析法和历年统计数据,对中国31个省市的建筑业发展水平进行综合评价,得出2006—2016年各省市建筑业发展水平综合得分。其次依据评价结果,对各地建筑业发展水平进行相关性分析,结果显示地区之间建筑业发展普遍呈现出显著的相关性。最后基于相关性分析结果,对不同类型的相关现象进行分析,可为实现各地区建筑业的协调联动发展提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are certain differences in the development of regional construction industry. Meanwhile,the accessibility of transportation and information has led to a link between the developments of construction industry in different regions. Against this backdrop,in this paper,the comprehensive score of the development level of the provincial construction industry from 2006 to 2016 is obtained by using the comprehensive evaluation system of the development level of the construction industry to analysis construction industry historical statistics for 31 provinces in China. Secondly,according to the evaluation results,this paper conducts correlation analysis on the development level of the construction industry in different regions to get result which shows that there is a significant correlation between the development of the construction industry in different regions. Finally,based on the results of correlation analysis,different types of correlation phenomena are analyzed,which provides a scientific basis for the coordinated development of construction industry in various regions.更多还原
