武汉市城区一般建筑抗震性能评价及震害预测

【摘要】 结合武汉市城区建筑抗震性能调查,本文提出了一种新的建筑抗震性能评价及震害预测思路:即在武汉市内选取一定数量并具有代表性的建筑,采用相应的评价方法对这些建筑进行详细的单体评价,并以此为样本利用相似度理论对武汉市城区一般建筑进行群体评价。通过与目前已有的一般建筑震害矩阵进行比较,发现该思路可以得到较为可靠的震害预测结果。

【Abstract】 In the course of investigation of seismic performance of the urban buildings in Wuhan city,a novel procedure for this work is proposed in this paper: first,some typical buildings are chosen according to some specified rules;then detailed assessment of seismic performance of these chosen buildings is conducted by using various evaluation methods and the evaluation results of the chosen buildings are designated as samples;finally,based on these samples and analogous methods the seismic performance of the urban buildings in Wuhan city can be carried out.Compared with the widely-used damage matrix of urban buildings,it is possible to obtain reliable damage prediction by using this procedure.
